Unique Space​

 

Private parties are sectioned off from the rest of the taproom by a wall of oak barrels that are busy aging our wine. Opposite the wall of barrels stands the stainless steel tanks and production equipment we use to make our wine.

Private Service

 

Every private event will have private bar service to ensure you and your guests spend more time socializing and less time waiting in line to order your next beverage.

Outside Food Welcome

 

Bring any food or non-alcoholic beverages you'd like. Caterers, deliveries, potlucks–you name it and it's allowed. Due to state law, however, outside alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.

Flexible Setup & Seating

Comfortably seat up to 52 people using 13 four-person tables. There's also a buffet table for serving food, collecting gifts, or using however you see fit. Tables may be arranged however you'd like to fit the needs of your event.

No Drink Minimums

We don't want drink minimums distracting you from your guests, so with the payment of a one-time fee, the space is booked and fully paid.​​

Drink Tickets & Wristbands

 

If you'd like to cover part or all of the tab for your guests, you can purchase wristbands or drink tickets to handout as they arrive with a 20% gratuity added. Either option can be arranged when you check in with a beertender on the day of your event.

The private event space will be unavailable for a period of time this autumn as we get to work making next year's wines. We're uncertain how long this will take, but as soon as we know we will make the blocked dates available for booking.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I bring my own beverages?​
    State law strictly prohibits us from allowing outside alcoholic beverages into the taproom, which includes wine, spirits, or any beer that was not purchased in the taproom. We apologize to the wine & spirit lovers out there, but there are absolutely no exceptions to this rule because doing so would pose a serious risk to our beloved brewery. You can, however, bring all the non-alcoholic beverages you'd like.
  • But what if some of my guest don't like beer?
    State law strictly prohibits us from allowing outside alcoholic beverages into the taproom, which includes wine & spirits. And, unfortunately, the state won't allow us to serve wine & spirits to accommodate a broader range of beverage preferences ourselves. We're collaborating with other breweries around the state to hopefully change this silly law someday, but it's proving to be a Slow Process. We have a gluten free hard seltzer on tap if that's of any interest to your guests. If it's not, we truly are sorry we can't serve them the wine or spirits they'd prefer.
  • Can I bring my own food?
    We have a Bear Paw Pizza mobile brick oven on site (view menu), but you're also welcome to cater in, order delivery, or coordinate a potluck with your guests if you'd prefer to serve outside food. When it comes to food and non-alcoholic beverages, anything goes.
  • How many people fit in the Barrel Room?
    The room capacity is 48 people, which comfortably seats 40 people, but guests are welcome to overflow onto the patio or into the taproom if you'll be expecting more. The Barrel Room has 10 four-person tables and two buffet tables that can be folded into the wall to maximize standing space or arranged however you'd like. Tables located outside of the Barrel Room can be used by your party but cannot be reserved.
  • How much does it cost to rent the Barrel Room?​
    There are no beer minimums, just a one-time room rental fee that can be paid online to reserve your date as soon as you decide to book. The fee is $125 or $250, depending on which day of the week you book.   • How much time do I have to set up and clean up?
    We love seeing the Barrel Room decked out with decorations for private events, but everything must be done within the specified time block of your reservation.
  • Does OMNI sell food?
    We do! You can view our Bear Paw Pizza menu here. And if you're just looking for a snack, we also have popcorn & pretzels.
  • What if I decide to cancel my event?
    You'll receive a full refund if you cancel 14 days or more before the date of your reservation. Due to high demand, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations that occur less than 14 days away from your booked event.
  • Can we throw glitter and confetti?
    On behalf of everyone who has ever had to clean up glitter or confetti: No.
  • Can we tape decorations to the walls?
    Yes! But please use painter's tape, not duct tape or any other adhesive that may strip the paint off the walls. You can order painter's tape from Amazon here.
  • Do you have an ice machine and plastic plates/utensils?
    No we do not.
  • How do I check available dates?
    When you click one of the yellow "Book Event" buttons below, you'll be redirected to a calendar that lists all the available time slots for those selected days of the week. ​ Please note, however, that there are two separate booking calendars. The Monday-Thursday calendar does not display Friday-Sunday availability and the Friday-Sunday calendar does not display Monday-Thursday availability.
