  • After months of experimentation, FAD was first brewed as a special release for our 2nd Anniversary Party in 2017.

  • There are more than 6 pounds of hops added per barrel of FAD brewed.

​

  • The original FAD contained only Citra & Mosaic hops, but the recipe evolved and we eventually added Amarillo to give the beer a more complex hop aroma.

  • In 2019, FAD was voted Best Hazy IPA at The Growler Magazine's Unlabeled No. 1, which was the first blind tasting beer festival in the nation. FAD beat out 47 other Minnesota New England IPAs for the crown.​
