Code of Conduct
  • OMNI Brewing Co. has zero tolerance for sexual harassment or the harassment of any individual due to anything relating to that person's identity as a fellow human, including but not limited to the individual's race, cultural heritage, disability status, religious beliefs, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation or age. This policy applies to all employees, vendors, and customers.

  • Examples of prohibited behavior include (but are definitely not limited to): unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors (even if made in jest), obscene gestures, displaying anything sexually graphic in nature, sending sexually explicit e-mails or text messages, uninvited touching, disrespectful or hurtful comments, vulgar or offensive conversation or jokes, commenting about an employee's physical appearance, conversation about your own or someone else's sex life, or any form of unwelcome teasing or other conduct directed toward someone due to his or her identity which disrespects them as fellow humans.

  • If you feel you have been subjected to conduct that violates our zero tolerance harassment policy, please immediately report the matter to your Supervisor (if employee) or to the Lead Bartender (if customer).  If you are unable for any reason to contact this person, please contact the next level Manager. Note: If your Supervisor or next level Manager is the person toward whom the complaint is directed, you should contact any higher-level Manager in your reporting chain.

  • Every report of perceived harassment will be fully investigated and corrective action will be taken where appropriate. Violation of this policy will result in disciplinary action, up to and including discharge. All complaints will be kept confidential to the extent possible, but confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. In addition, the Company will not allow any form of retaliation against individuals who report unwelcome conduct to management or who cooperate in the investigations of such reports in accordance with this policy. 


A bear needs more than a paw to be a bear. A brewery needs more than a brewer to be a brewery. We may all appear to have different roles and responsibilities on the surface, but at the end of the day, we’re all just different parts to the same bear, and every part is vital for our overall health & survival. By keeping this interdependency top of mind, we can strive to collaborate as The Bear that values all its parts.

A bear that bites its own paw doesn't value all its parts. A bear that doesn’t respect other bears will eventually be bitten. Showing all our guests respect while always showing each other respect is as necessary to OMNI as breathing is to a bear.

But we want to be more than just a bear that breathes! We want to be the bear that helps bring all the other bears in our community together. By harnessing empathy's omnipotence, we can better anticipate, better communicate, and better collaborate as one bear serving the community we call home.

If we can respectfully collaborate as one and harness the omnipotence of empathy to welcome & wow our guests while helping & respecting each other, we’ll be going above and beyond the average bear.
